These days it is so hard to find good Customer Service. However, I have to say I have experienced great Customer Service for help I needed with my Jackson Convertible Crib. Thank you Liliana for your help.

Silva Jackson in oil gray cribs are absolutely wonderful since our twins were born in 2020. The transforming it from one face of there life to another was so simple. Now they are in a full size bed and they just absolutely love it. The quality of material is exceptional and very well fit to each other. The quality and comfort provides an opportunity for the most comfortable sleep for our children. Without hesitation I would recommend this set to anyone who is looking for the best.

This crib came highly recommended to us and did not disappoint. We returned the first crib we purchased from a different brand because it didn’t feel sturdy - this crib is night and day better. The crib is good solid wood and all of the parts (bolts, washers, etc.) are premium parts. We look forward to raising our first child in this crib and watching it grow with them.

I cannot say enough kind words about the customer service representatives that I dealt with in the process of receiving my furniture. I had an issue with missing pieces from a vendor who sold me the Jackson convertible crib. When I contacted Romina, they immediately assisted me and I received the missing pieces in an appropriate time.

Very well made

Very good quality

The crib is awesome and very easy to put together. I did not realize it is so heavy so I had to open the box and carry the parts one by one so that took some extra time. I guess it's a good thing that it's so sturdy

We tried using the crib we had for our daughter (babyleno something) but did not realize the quality was so bad. Discovered Jackson crib and wow, what a difference. Definitively solid

Very well made, we love that it converts to full bed.

The design and the way it's finished it is impressive, looks nicer in person than in the pics. Delivery company rescheduled on us a couple of times but other than that we're very happy.

We’re so happy with this crib. It’s strong, and the finish is very smooth. Our baby girl loves it, and so do we!

The Jackson Crib is not only beautiful but also very functional. It’s sturdy and grows with our child. Couldn’t ask for more.

This crib is everything we hoped for. Stylish, and the adjustable mattress is a lifesaver for my back. Definitely a great buy!

We got the Jackson Crib for our son, and it’s fantastic. Heavy, well-made, and converts easily. We’re very satisfied with our purchase.

The crib is beautiful and very well-built. I love that it’s made from hardwood and has a long warranty. It’s perfect for our growing family.

This crib is worth the investment. It will last through different stages of our child’s life. Plus, it looks amazing!

We chose this crib because it looked great and had excellent safety features. It hasn’t disappointed. Our baby sleeps soundly and we have peace of mind.

The Jackson Crib fits perfectly in our nursery. It’s well-made and the finish is gorgeous. It’s great to know it will last for years.

We bought this crib for our little one and couldn’t be happier. It’s beautiful, and the fact that it converts is a huge bonus!

This crib is a dream. Stylish and sturdy. My baby loves it, and I love that it grows with them. Highly recommend!

The Crib has a classic design, but it’s solid and safe. Love that it's made from hardwood and has a long warranty and it’s Greenguard, it’s convert from nursery to fullsize.

We got the Jackson Crib for our boy, heavy and well made. We like that it can convert to a toddler bed and then a full-size bed. Highly recommend it!

This crib is a solid and well-made. I’m petite so the adjustable mattress was awesome. Good investment for our growing family!

We chose Jackson Crib because it looks great and it’s all wood. The finish is great too, smooth and besides a couple of scuffs it looks brand new. Thank you for making great stuff Silva

Jackson crib is beautiful and strong. It feels safe, and the finish is very smooth. Baby is now standing and jumping in it and it doesn’t buckle at all.

Choosing the Jackson Crib was a no-brainer for us. The craftsmanship quality is evident in every detail, from the smooth finish to the sturdy build. You can’t really tell in the photos but we saw this at a local store and compared it to more expensive options. The Aqua Gray finish is classic and timeless and goes well with our (more) modern nursery. They delivered ahead of schedule and the setup was super simple. The dresser comes assembled thou so if you need to carry it up the stairs, you should take the drawers out. We learnt this half-way thru the setup but wasn’t that bad. Very happy with this set.

The Jackson Crib in Aqua Gray is a true statement piece and it has gotten so many compliments for our friends. Our in-laws bought the nursery so we splurged and got the nightstand too, it’ll basically be a complete teenage set once we convert it to a full bed. Also, the GREENGUARD Gold Certification is awesome to know and have. Worth every penny definitely a good choice.

As first-time parents, safety is our top priority, and the Jackson Crib delivers on all fronts. We were surprised to discover how heavy it is but then it is designed to convert and last a long time so it makes sense. The added bonus of the crib being made from solid hardwood with water-based finishes makes this a standout choice for us.

We got the Jackson Convertible Crib mainly because we did not want something made in Asia. The ability to convert from a crib to a toddler bed, day bed, and finally a full-size bed means we're set for years to come. The Solid White finish is classic and versatile, fitting perfectly into our home's aesthetic. The assembly was straightforward, and the adjustable mattress support is a feature we didn't know we needed but absolutely love. A solid investment for any family.

Jackson Crib exceeded our expectations! The Aqua Gray finish is gorgeous, very rich, and smooth to the touch, and goes perfectly with our nursery theme. Knowing it's GREENGUARD Gold Certified gives us peace of mind that our little one is sleeping in a safe, toxin-free nursery.Feels super strong, and looks well made, I think it will last us a long time. Highly recommend.

Beautiful design and very smooth finish
