How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically, it takes 3-7 business days to receive parts, touch-up kits or color samples. Most furniture orders take 2-4 weeks for fulfillment.

Do you ship internationally?

No, unfortunately we do ship internationally at this time.

I never got my order, what to do?

If you have your order# you can send us an email or reply to your order confirmation email and we'll get on it right away. A response is usually provided within 24 hours.

What is the Standard Shipping service

Standard shipping is a threshold service or "first dry area" as delivery agents call it. It can be a garage, covered porch, hallway or somewhere protected from weather conditions.

Do I get a call ahead of the delivery?

Yes, we get a call to schedule the delivery (few days ahead) and one call the day of the delivery with an ETA update.

Do I have to sign a delivery receipt?

Yes, you have 30 minutes to inspect boxes before signing the receipt, and it's advised to write down any/all damages or scuffs to the boxes even if 99% of the time they are superficial and not significant.

What is your warranty?

Can I exchange an item?

Due to its intended use (for children) and the category being heavily regulated by Government policies, exchanges are not an option but if your furniture is received damage, defective or cannot be used, it will be serviced or replaced.

I noticed a damage, what do I do?

You have 10 days to report a concealed damage on the furniture (shipping related) and the Warranty covers most other manufacturing related damages (wood split, defective drawer track etc.). Just send us an email with photos and we'll start working on a solution for you
