Order Changes & Cancellations
Order changes, revisions, or cancellations are permitted within 7 days of order confirmation, provided the shipping process has not begun.
Returns
Unopened returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, unopened, and undamaged. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all returns including oversized items when the return is due to:

Refusal of delivery without inspection

Missed or cancelled delivery appointment

Return of a non-defective, non-damaged product
Compatibility & Third-Party Products
Silva Furniture does not guarantee the compatibility of its products, parts, accessories, or hardware with items manufactured by third-party or non-affiliated brands. Returns or refunds will not be accepted due to incompatibility with products not manufactured by Silva Furniture, including parts purchased for use in conjunction with other brands.
Damages, Replacements & Refunds
Refunds will be issued only for items returned in new, unused, and unopened condition. If a Silva Furniture product is delivered with damage so significant that it cannot be used as intended and cannot be repaired, Silva Furniture will, at its discretion, replace the item with one of equal or greater value at no cost to the customer, or issue a full refund including associated shipping costs
Minor cosmetic variations, finish density or shade, natural material characteristics, or issues that can be corrected through standard furniture service do not qualify for return or refund.
